I spearheaded Asialand Construction Pte Ltd since 2008. To date, I have completed over 70 units of major residential landed construction projects. Awarded with successful entrepreneur award in the year 2011,has made us go all out to provide service and quality excellence to all our home owners.

Norman Lim – Partner

Graduated with first class Honor degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, I started my career as a research engineer and has worked in Sales and Marketing in a MNC's before establishing ASIALAND. My interest and passion for architecture grew after designing & building my own tropical house. With excellent interpersonal skills & a professional attitude, I have a proven record of completing difficult projects on schedule and on tight budgets.

Holding a bachelor degree in business marketing, I started my career as a sales person with a MNC's and has worked till a level of country manager. With keen interest and a passion in interior design, I pursued my interest by joining Asialand as a partner in 2008.
